Prior to joining JANA in 2011, Kevin was a Principal (2010-2011) and Associate (2007-2010) in the North American Private Equity group at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Company. Prior to that, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory Division of the Blackstone Group (2005-2007).
Kevin served as a member of the Board of Directors of New Relic, Inc.
Kevin received a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University (Graduated Cum Laude 2005).
